Also, you’ll get to visit Wat Bang Kung, one of the most unique temples in the area.We’ll start the trip by picking you up from your hotel in Bangkok, and we’ll head to Maeklong Railway Market first. Here, you’ll see vendors selling fresh produce right by the train tracks and packing hurriedly their goods to make way for the train, only to resume their services after the trains had left. Next, we’ll go to Tha Kha Floating market, one of the more “local” floating markets in the area with not many tourists. Ride the paddle boat along the canal to see the “real” local life. Best of all, we’ll learn how to make coconut sugar the traditional way! After having lunch, we’ll visit Wat Bang Kung together to see the one-of-a-kind ordination hall. Believe it or not, the ordination hall is covered within the Banyan and Bodhi Tree!
