Especially three things make this experience unique:a) tasting the Honey Mead (unique liqueur made of fermented bee honey and water | Hydromeli), which is produced exclusively in Greece by the Sotirali Family from neighboring Neapolis town, which has reinvented and patented this forgotten local traditional recipe, b) tasting the rich flavor of our own extra virgin olive oil Benios made of o local olive variety named “Athinoelia”,c) Experience tasting the unique local wine “Malvasia”, which was very famous and coveted during the middle ages. The original recipe has been discovered and revived recently by Monemvasia Winery, continuing the centuries old wine making tradition of the area.
