During your 2-hour interactive culinary lesson, Sandro will help you better understand the techniques and ingredients used in cooking modern and traditional Peruvian cuisine. Learn to make a Peruvian appetizer, main and dessert. Sandro will share with you some of his favorite traditional and modern Peruvian dishes that use only local, fresh and seasonal produce. After cooking, join Sandro and his wife at their dining table to try dishes such as ceviche or tiradito (raw fish marinated in lemon or citrus juices with classic Peruvian chili peppers), traditional beef or pork stew or octopus with shrimp, and causa (Peruvian layered potato dish). You will also try a delicious passionfruit pisco cocktail! Your meal will end with a traditional dessert such as rice pudding or mousse of tropical fruits like guanabana or lucuma, served with tea or coffee.
