This hands-on cooking class is a fun learning activity for both children and adults and the best way to impress your friends back home!Meet with your cooking instructor, and be welcomed with freshly baked Greek coffee and fresh orange juice for our little friends. We cook with local products of Pelion and Thessaly such as olive oil, vegetables, herbs, “feta” cheese, and honey.Everyone gets the chance to be actively involved in the preparation of a greek traditional meal. You will learn how to cook “Gemista”, a traditional, homemade dish of the Greek countryside and the cheese pie “Skopelitiki”. While our courses get ready, you can try our local drink “tsipouro”, served with local snacks.Dishes will be served on the table accompanied by “feta” cheese, seasonal salad, and Greek white wine or local beer.Enjoy your gastronomical creations on our balcony and get the chance to eat and relax overlooking the Aegean Sea.
