We will discover together the magical places from which Prosecco Superiore Mani Wise is born. In the estate’s Wine Bar, surrounded by the lively landscape of the green hills, I will explain our philosophy of winemakers and keepers of beauty in these places. Walking to the top of the ancient hill we will discover the meaning of heroic viticulture and Prosecco DOCG. We will therefore taste two types of Prosecco Superiore and the Pinot Grigio of the company combined with typical local products.Wine & FoodTwo types of Prosecco Superiore DOCG and Pinot Grigio from the company will be offered, accompanied by croutons with suppressed or other cold cuts of our production. Upon request, we will do our best to adapt the menu according to food intolerances, allergies or specific needs (vegan and / or vegetarian diet). For children and teenagers we will find excellent organic fruit juices.
