Jozani Forest is part of Jozani Chwaka Bay National Park is a 50 km2 (19 sq mi). It’s located in the South of the Island of Unguja.The park is famously home to populations of Zanzibar red colobus monkey (an endangered species found only on Zanzibar) as well as other monkey species, bush babies, duikers and more than 40 species of birds. During you visit at Jozani you will also wander the swamp forest to evergreen thicket and protected mangrove trees making the tracking of forest adventurous.
