This activity is made with an 8 person’s maximum so all the rules may be obliged and so that the guests can have a more unique and close experience with the host. We offer a choice of lunch or dinner with sunset on the terrace of my house with stunning view over the City of Funchal. I would like to open my home to you and share the beauty of this wonderful Island that is Madeira so you can take with you a little bit of us.You will be received with a Madeira rum called “aguardente” that only exists in Madeira Island which is made with sugar cane. The experience starts with a table of cheeses and a variety of hams, presunto and other Portuguese goodies…Follows the mane course of meet on a skewer called “espetada” which you will have the opportunity of cooking yourself on our barbecue. The fish will follow with a dish of codfish with carrots and cream called “Bacalhau Espiritual” and end with a passion fruit cheesecake.Red and white wines are included as well as juices.
