During this excursion we will combine history with gastronomy. Our local guide will present you 1700 years old city centre with all its historical highlights. First stop of this food adventure will be green market - place where local farmers sell their products. Here you will meet domestic trade and taste some local products. We continue our walk over Split promenade where we will have sweet break in one of oldest Split bakery’s operating since 1949 before we continue to fish marketplace where our fisherman’s sell their freshly caught fish. Afterwards it is time to taste some domestic sweets and digestive liquor in Split old town.Our gastro experience will finish with lunch which we will prepare together in cooperation with local chef. Our chef will divide jobs and with joint forces delicious meal will be prepared. We are sure that this experience will make you understand why Mediterranean diet is under UNESCO protection.
