This Cat6 Ethernet cable consists of a RJ45 male on one end and a RJ45 male on the other. It is typically used for Ethernet network connections such as patch panels, switches, computers and routers. It's ultra-thin cable design works perfectly in high density server room applications. All cables are 100% tested to pass a Fluke 'Cat6 Patch Cable Test' and come with a printed test report.
The Ultra-Thin Cat6 28 AWG Unshielded (UTP) Snagless Patch Cable is the perfect solution for high-density spaces such as telecommunication rooms and data centers. With cable diameter of only 3.6mm, the slim Cat6 cable is much thinner and lighter than the standard Cat6 cable, which makes it easier to install and take less space than the standard 24 AWG Cat6 cable. The slim Cat6 cable also has a smaller bend, which allows it to be easily routed through cable management panels.
The slim Cat 6 cable contains four twisted copper wire pairs and is made of 28AWG conductors with a PVC jacket and snagless molded boot. The snagless design protects the locking tabs on the RJ45 connectors from being damaged or snapped off during installation.
